My Sax
I love to play the sax. One day I hope to be a professional sax player, and play with artists like Candy Dulfer, Boney James, David Sanchez, David Sanborn, and several other artists who have inspired my hobby. I play a Yamaha YTS-62 (professional model tenor sax). I also have a YAS-23 (student model alto sax) that I started on, but I don't play it much anymore. In the future, I want to play soprano and bari sax (I have to get a one first). I have been looking for a gold-plated Dave Guardala mouthpiece for my tenor sax, but I have to save money because they are really expensive. When I'm not playing my sax, I am either doing homework (usually algebra), or listening to music. I find crazy jazz and soft jazz calm the senses. If I listen to the song enough, I can play it back. Here is a list of songs I love to play:
Pick Up the Pieces-Candy Dulfer
Lily Was Here-Candy Dulfer
Santa Clause is Coming to Town-Kenny G (Christmas time only)
Love Potion #9-Herb Alpert (I play the tenor sax part, not trumpet)
Street Scenes-Downtown-David Sánchez
R.S.V.P.-Boney James & Rick Braun
Shake It Up-Boney James & Rick Braun
Tequila-Big Bopper (I think)
Bad to the Bone-George Thurogood (the tenor sax part)
Bakerstreet-Rene Froger (featuring Candy Dulfer)
St. Thomas-Sonny Rollins
